Tomah Mountain Outfitters poffers exceptional Fall Black Bear hunting experiences in Northeast Maine. Our hunts offer an opportunity to pursue bears over bait, catering to various hunting preferences.

Bear hunts are conducted using active baits, allowing hunters to choose between tree stand or ground blind setups. Hunters are welcome to bring their own tree stands if desired. To enhance your outdoor experience, we offer complimentary fishing and coyote bait hunting during your stay.

Our comprehensive services include:

• Professional skinning, quartering, and freezing of your meat

Hunters are responsible for their personal hunting gear, tree safety harness, snacks, coolers, towels, and sleeping bags or linens. A Maine Non-Resident Big game hunting license ($115) and a Maine Non-Resident Bear Permit ($74) is required. Please bring along an old hunting license for reference. For those interested in fishing, a separate fishing license is required.
